Camp Arrowhead located on 167 acres of wooded land next to the Rehoboth Bay, near Lewes, is owned and operated by the Episcopal Diocese of Delaware. Children entering grades 2 through 11 develop their sense of adventure and participate in outdoor life, community life, and spiritual life of Camp Arrowhead. Campers experience non denominational Christian education programs, waterfront activities, swimming, wall climbing, and the challenge of low and high ropes courses, arts and crafts, and environmental programs along with many other camp activities. RSCT will conduct two camps for kids. The Film & TV camps for ages 9-14 takes place July 13-17, and the Create-A-Play Theatre Camp for ages 7-12 runs August 10-14. Courses will be offered in art, theater, computer, video production, Destination Imagination, sign language, guitar, hands-on science, cooking, dance, math. enrichment, creative writing and puppetry. Students may enroll in one half - day session ( 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.  or 12:00 noon – 3:00 p.m.) for $125 each. Students may enroll in two classes for the entire  day ( 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. ) for $200. Dates of operation are June 16 - 26, 2009. We encourage students  who have talents and abilities in the course areas being offered to apply. Help us target those students who would benefit from and enjoy these course offerings! . Wicomico Summer Playgrounds .
Wicomico County's Summer Playgrounds Program is free and open to area children 5+. From June until August, several sites throughout the county offer organized activities, theme parties, tournaments, arts and crafts, dress up days, and much more. Come out to each sites pavilion to join in the fun. Daytime and evening hours are offered.

. Wor-Wic Summer Program for Children .
 Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury, MD is accepting registration now through May 22 for their on-campus  summer program that will be held June 15 through August 21 at the child development center.  Designed for children ages 5 through 12, each week of the 10-week summer program has a different theme and consists of instructional, fun-filled activities. Parents can register their children for all 10 weeks or choose which weeks work best for them. The children will have the opportunity to learn about having spirit and fun at the fair, as well as Independence Day, zoo and farm animals, sailing, camping, flying, children around the world, the Eastern Shore, and getting ready to go back to school.  Indoor and outdoor activities include arts and crafts projects, exercise, computer games, journal writing and cooking. Age-appropriate field trips and water activities will also be offered. The center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Children can attend full- or half-days. . ZooCamp .
Salisbury Zoo in Salisbury, MD offers ZooCamp sessions to teach an appreciation for and understanding of animals and nature through live animal interactions, animal observations, environmental games, arts & crafts, and many other exciting activities. ZooCamp sessions emphasize the importance of conservation and environmental stewardship. Each session focuses on a different aspect of animal life. Two one-week sessions are offered for children entering grades K-5. One two-week session is offered for children entering grades 6-8. All sessions of ZooCamp are aligned with Maryland Voluntary State Curriculum Standards for Science.
